Covid 19

Due to the Covid 19 virus we want to make you aware of our temporary office procedures.

We are reaching out to you to let you know that our office is remaining open for business but we are locking the front door to walk in traffic. If necessary you may call for an appointment. However:

  • Rent checks/cash/money orders can be placed in the drop box to the left of the front door. Please label the envelope with your name and the amount enclosed. We will mail you a receipt
  • Rent can be called in on a debit or credit card
  • Money orders/checks can be mailed to 89 Third St Newport VT 05855
  • We also offer a PayPal option on our website

Our maintenance staff will still be working but all non-emergent calls will be delayed in order to limit the number of apartments that our staff are entering.

Rent is still due on the 1st of the month with a grace period until the 5th. If you have lost your source of income due to the Covid 19 pandemic, please reach out to us to make us aware and so that we can work with you.

Please remember that this is the time to be cleaning and disinfecting your apartment, washing your hands, showering, and practicing social distancing.

A reminder to all to not flush paper towels/napkins/or any wipes as they will clog the sewers. Please only flush toilet paper.
